End of Life Dementia Care

This interactive session explores how we can ensure delivery of high quality, compassionate, and coordinated end of life care for people with dementia. This will cover how we meet the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of the person living with dementia whilst also paying attention to the needs of their families.

Aimed at all healthcare professionals working in any care setting interested in learning more about caring for a person with dementia at end of life. The opportunity to network with colleagues from across the health, social care, and voluntary sector to share common challenges in improving end of life care for those living with dementia.

Is this course for me?

This course is intended for all health and social care workers in any setting and provides further learning related to Dementia End of Life Care.
