Summer Hospice Huddle 2021


Our Hospice Huddle is a chance to celebrate friendship, connect and find out more about Jersey Hospice Care. Our next Hospice Huddle takes place on Wednesday 30 June at L’Horizon Hotel, starting at 12.00. Gail Caddell, our Acting CEO, will tell you the story of Jersey Hospice Care through the pandemic and what we have learnt along the way.

– Chilled seasonal melon with a duo of raspberry mango sauces (vegan)
– Smoked mackerel rillette, toasted rye bread, beetroot salsa, soft herb salad
– Smooth chicken liver pate, toasted brioche, ale chutney



– Grilled courgette, feta, lemon rice & onion en-croute, confit tomato sauce, basil salsa (vegetarian and can be made vegan)
– Roast cod steak, crushed lemon new potatoes, wilted spinach, a vermouth butter sauce
– L’Horizon super salad, quinoa, ruby beetroots, pink grapefruit, apple, avocado, rocket, pumpkin seeds with choice of: harissa chicken or harissa vegan strips



– Bitter sweet dark chocolate truffle torte, vanilla cream (vegan option available)
– Classic twice glazed lemon tart, Chantilly cream, raspberries
– Sticky toffee pudding, vanilla ice cream
